Elder Mark Buchanan was born in Westmoreland Jamaica and immigrated to the United States in 1978, when he was a child. His earliest convictions and evidence of God at work in his life began at the age of 9, wherein he was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. Afterward; a variety of events and obstacles would unfold in Mark’s life, which God would use to lead him to Latter Rain Ministries in 1999, where he has since faithfully served in various auxiliary ministries under the discipleship of Bishop Reginald Blackmon. Elder Mark believes he has a call to the body of Christ to give clarity to the ministry of helps. Elder Mark desires to see a resounding unity in the church of God and believes the key to this is found through teaching sound doctrine, genuine repentance, humility and servitude.
